It took several minutes to find my key at the end. I had to go back in and get her. After several minutes more she discovered the inside air filter cover wasn’t put back. Under the cover parts was the key
I had a few services (cooling system service, transmission fluid exchange, 4WD gear lube replacement) done by Smart Toyota May 2022 (less than 20k miles ago). I was told these were due based on milage/age. Smart Toyota should have a record record of having some these and not try to upsell me unnecessary services.

I called on April 7 th to make an appointment on the 17 th at 10 am. When I arrived at the service bay there was no record of my appointment. They would not fit me in and I had to return later. They told me this has happened before. You need to fix your appointment software or more thoroughly train the person who I made the appointment with. This is not the type of service I have always associated with smart motors. I have bought 2 cars from you and do all service through you as well. Very inconvenienced, disappointed.
Your parking guy on my arrival was crazy! I pulled into the bay and he came screaming at me that I was trying to kill him. Then complained about short staffing, told me to get out of my car and stand in a designated spot. Do not recall his name, but certainly started my day as a negative.
Once I received a text, I assumed my car was ready for pick up. But still needed to be wait some time before it came off the ramp once I arrived.
When I made appointment for new tires, Joey told me a tire price for installation.! Then , today I found out that there were additional charges for ballencing. Hidden costs that I had not anticipated. Not happy! Hopefully the tires are satisfactory as they agreed to the top of the line!!!

I had to call to find out if my vehicle was done after not hearing from anyone by 5pm on the day I was told it would be finished. It was not finished so I had to wait another day, where I also did not receive communication and called at 3pm to find out that, yes, it was ready. The rest of the experience was fine, but timely communication was lacking.
Ian kept me informed what was happening. Hopefully this is the end of the problems with the Sienna.
My only complaint was that the Appointment was estimated to take 1 hour but ended up being there for over 2 hours.
