I have been coming to Smart Toyota for about 6 years. I am usually satisfied with my service and feel expectations are met. I am extremely satisfied this time around. Paul exceeded my expectations. He took the time to listen, take notes and troubleshoot an issue I was having with my gas cap. It felt great to have peace of mind and have people go the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Also at check in there was a bit of a wait. More than one person apologized for this and attempted to make it a better experience for me. Totally get these things happen bur still appreciate the acknowledgment. Finally I’m not somebody that fills out these types of surveys usually get busy and forget but I left Smart Toyota today saying this was a noteworthy experience and when I get the survey I will fill it out.

My only concern was that there was exhaust in the air in the waiting area. This was the 1st time I've experienced that. It was not comfortable.

The Express Service were very responsive to my concern that our car seems to be making more road noise. The service team did an extra visual inspection of the tires and drive and suspension. No issues found.
Eric was prompt, kind and professional. I was kept informed throughout the process. He displayed excellent communication skills.

This evening, the drivers side rear tire was almost flat. When you did your vehicle inspection - which I had not requested - you removed all the tires and apparently didn’t get that one back on correctly. I brought the car in for a battery or electrical problem. Now I have a new problem.
Not happy.
It all went wry well.
David was up front and honest with me.
