Mallory did more than expected to ensure I received great care. She phoned and texted several times. When I told her I didn't know how to access a QR code do I could get a rebate for my new set of tires, she had someone from the tech department to help. I much appreciated all every one did.

While melissa did her best, there were many shortcomings in my service experience. Smart Toyota has a negative reputation in madison that proved itself to be true once again. Other dealerships I have dealt with before include cadillac chevy honda. Smart is the least flexible or accommodating of any i've had experience with. Lastly, one would expect higher costs from a dealership, but price gouging is disgusting and ugly, especially when it takes advantage of consumers who don't know better.
