Hello, on 4/22, I took my Toyota Sequoia for an oil change and tire rotation. From the time I dropped the truck I was treated so cordially! Everyone throughout the process was friendly and respectful. I even had help, from a few mechanics, to figure out something that was bugging me with my rear windchill wiper and the back window. They were quick to help me and make sure the “problem” was taken cared of.
She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I don't believe the tires were rotated. or at least the paperwork indicates they weren't, and we had discussed making sure they were. if I'm wrong and they were, my bad
I asked if it was possible for my wheel bearings to just quickly be looked at to gauge when I should contact the service department for an appointment— I was told yes right as I got out of my car to wait in the waiting room. When I got called, I asked if this was done, and they said they don’t do this type of thing in this department, which was the PRIMARY REASON I booked this appointment in the first place. Extremely frustrated and disappointed, and out $90 without what I came there for to begin with. If I had known it would not have been looked at, I would have left and booked another appointment in the service department instead. Very poor communication. Will not be back.
