David was very courteous during the checkin. He kept me informed of the progress. When it was determined that parts would not be available until the next day, he provided a loaner car to drive to the Madison North Side.
I live in a different town and used to have my vehicle serviced by a local Toyota dealership….. not anymore. We were well taken care of and communication was great….. I will continue to use smart Toyota as my service provider from now on. Especially with the loaner. Thank you!!!

Communication with service advisor was problematic thru the entire repair experience. Then, when I went to get my car after service was complete I found it unlocked and with parking lights on. Now, after work on my tires yesterday, I have a malfunctioning tire pressure sensor. I was told I may need to pay for this to be fixed despite the fact the sensor was working fine before the tire & brake fluid work. One bright spot was the shuttle driver who was kind and accommodating.

The oil change and tire rotation was fine. My concern is that it was recommended to have my brakes replaced. I was in three separate times in the last 6 month and get inconsistent measurements each time.

I feel like the service that was completed was not fully inspected after completion. I had to make another trip which takes me about 2 1/2 hours round trip. I will not be doing any more service work with this dealership. This truck went through a gold plan and some issues were not addressed. I asked questions about where I could get a price on some accessories and was told to go see this department. When I went there I was told I had to go back to see someone else. I asked about my backup cameras and I was sent to another person. Why couldn’t a service tech just come and help? To many people and I felt like I was being ignored.
David kept me informed of the progress and repairs needed.
