The oil change took 2 hours 15 minutes when I was told 1 1/2 hours. There were no updates from David. Very disappointing in the service. His coworker tried to cover for him bug the damage was done. I may consider not doing further maintenance with you. I have purchased at least 3 vehicles from you…

I understand my cabin air filter was very dirty and I said not to change it, one thing they could have done was at least blow is off and or knock the leaves off, disappointed that such a simple task was not performed
