Person who made my reservation asked what kind of tire I needed, but apparently didn't pass that information on. I thought that meant they had the same type of tire. My tires were less than 6 months old, so I thought I could get one tire. I get to my appointment and they don't know what tires I have and they don't have the same ones - so I have to get two because the tread might be different. They told me it would be $423 I said that's fine I don't think I signed anything acknowledging the amount. Apparently that was just the cost of the tires. Nobody told me the labor or disposal cost. I have a Toyota Corolla and prefer to take it to the dealer, but I think I need to rethink that. I should have gone back to the off-brand store. Sorry.

The infotainment center on our 2024 Rav4 has not worked properly since we bought the car last May. Today was the 5th (or 6th) time that we have had someone at Smart Motors work on it. We had it in the shop for two entire days the past two weeks and now we have to bring it back again. We live one and a half hours away and we expect better service.
The process was very clear and efficient. Ian called and discussed about diagnosis of our vehicle and provided recommendations. The rental car went very smoothly as well. Great service
