Your service technician Gavin, noticed 2 lugnuts missing on one wheel. He replaced them thankfully. I bought this at Smart Used. You might want to let them know this got missed on their inspection. But overall a good first time experience at Smart service. Justin also did a good job in getting me in and out as best he could.
Alyssa was pleasant and professional. She took care of all my concerns. I was very satisfied with the total experience at Smart Motors service. I did appreciate the complimentary popcorn and soda

You need to do a much better job of booking the times when cars actually get worked on. Making an 8:30 a.m. appointment and waiting 5 hours to change some fluids is totally ridiculous. I understand you don't want mechanics standing around idly but you could schedule my appointment for 11:00 a.m. and get it back to me in a few hours. Your clients just end up wasting their whole day for some simple things
Everything was done quickly and efficiently. It was much easier to get an appointment this time.
The only complaint is that the car wash did not work and I drove away with soap bubbles blowing off the roof.

The service people in the bay were very friendly, however the gentleman that works at the first desk in the service center was rude as usual.
Very helpful in the service department. When I made the appointment the gal that set up the appointment was to pleasant. Until asked for her name. Then here tune changed.
The most unsatisfactory service. My ture sensor is still on and Settings are NOT Setting properly.
