25000 mile service on 2024 rav4 xse. I thought it was oil change and tire rotation every time. Or at least tire rotation every time. It’s definitely on me to look through the manual but no one really ever explains what is covered under the warranty regular service items. Just would be nice to be told while booking. And at intake. And after. I know you guys want to make some dollars by me asking for an oil change even if it isn’t due. Or at least that’s how it makes me feel. Anyway, service was fast and everyone was super friendly as usual. Just wanted to get that feedback in to management.

I liked it better when we could bring our car in without an appointment. Could leave the car there and they would work on it. It is very confusing about where to bring it and which line to take it to. Do like the guy that checked me in

The time getting a vehicle in was great gregory was great.It just took entirely too long to get the done. We had a 9:45 appointment. We didn't leave there until close.

Vincent told me that my maintenance was not covered when it actually was. Created a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration, I will be taking a break from Toyota and find services where. That was incredibly rude

Brakes feel much better. Didn't really get an answer to the rattle noise I was hearing but haven't heard it again since picking it up so time will tell. David did good though
