Your service was great and I appreciate your work. The problem is I am unable to find my garage door opener, though I have searched my car thoroughly. I called today and was told your people would search, but have not heard back. Please let me know. I assume it must be at your facility.

The significant diagnostic fee charged was too much for the work completed, especially since I told the service advisor I didn'y want to soend a lot to fix the seat heater. She came back with the repair that would cost over $1,200. I had to ask if it was possible to just unplug the seat which they did. I believe you owe me a partial refund for diagnostic fee.
