I should have asked the receptionist when making the appointment what the cost would be & I wouldn’t have been shocked at the high price for an oil change.

Received letter from Toyota regarding tow hitch cover. Called to make appointment 4/18 for 5/5 for recall and oil change, to combine appointments. After waiting for about 2 hours, found out tow hitch cover was not in stock (color). Will have to wait another week. Make another appointment, drive the 30 minutes there and back. In my not so humble opinion Smart Toyota should have confirmed part was in stock and when does it take 2hours for an oil change and tire rotation? This is strike 2. Strike 1 was for my 2nd key.
