I took the car in to my local mechanic right after it had it's basic cabin filter serviced (there HAD been rodents involved as I had suspected) but they couldn't deal with the continued fan motor sound issue and my local mechanic DID fix it and also commented that the cabin filter had been assembled by your dealership incorrectly! He rearranged and fixed that and fixed the issue I had come to the Toyota repair shop to begin with! Mostly I was disturbed to hear it had not been put together correctly by you guys! My mechanic is very reliable and trust worthy and I believe what he told me.
The guy who spoke to me at Toyota was very nice but the actual work that was done was apparently not correct.
Eric was very friendly and helpful. He kept me in for verbally and by text on the progress with the service and explain things was after the service was completed.

Maybe tell the customer the recall product takes two days to come in when they schedule an appointment months in advance.
