I missed a call from the service department at 12:30 and they left a message saying that additional services were recommended. I called back at 12:33 and asked to speak to someone about the recommendations. The person I spoke to said she would have the service technician call me back. The next call I got was the technician saying my car was ready to pick up. I asked about getting the recommended services done and the technician said they were “completely booked” and couldn’t do it today. I said that since I had an appointment and recommendations were made, I thought I would be able to get those services done today. He said they were “too busy” and couldn’t do it. He then said I should go someplace like Advanced Auto parts and get the wiper blades replaced there. I felt like he was in a hurry and just wanted to get me off of the phone.
Vincent was everything I could ask for. I was in customer service my entire life and he exemplifies what every company needs. Thank you and thank Vincent as well.

I’m not satisfied with the service. I informed the coordinator that there was an unusual sound, possibly indicating something broken. Instead of addressing that specific issue, they ran full diagnostics and charged me more than $300, which I believe is unfair. Additionally, I was charged $250 for labor. This doesn’t seem reasonable, considering my original concern.

Is it necessary to up sell air filters every single visit? I literally changed mine 2 weeks ago, it’s pure white. Yet still tried to say it’s dirty?

Parts unavailable.Truck in at 9;15 appt. Not seen until late afternoon. Next day informed of parts issue. Not Paul's fault. Had loaner vehicle and luckily was able to stay with daughter in town overnight instead of driving 80 miles home and 80 back. Additionally,estimate was outrageous.
