I asked that my tires be filled, they weren’t, I asked that my radio be left alone, it wasn’t. My odometer was removed from my dashboard and the miles per hour was changed to kilometers per hour. I had to return to Smart Toyota three (3) times to have these problems fixed. It took more an hour and a half to get home after the so called servicing was completed. I would like to know if changing the dashboard settings had anything to do with the oil change which was what I was at Smart Toyota in the first place or if the mechanics went out of there way to mess with my car. I am very disappointed with the so called service I received. This isn’t the first time that my dashboard was changed during an oil change it is just the first time I realized that the dashboard problems were a result of the stats messing with the settings on my car during an oil change. I won’t be returning to Smart Toyota for service.

Mallory was great, but the man who checked us out was kind of rude. It felt like he blamed us for what was wrong with the car. ( something with the gas cap). But Mallory excellent! I don’t need to be contacted.
