Caleb had amazing customer service. I went in earlier because I thought I had an appointment at 8 AM, which I did, but another employee turned me away and he called me and made it right! He went above and beyond and I am really grateful for the service he provided

Terrible service. Inaccurate answers, no solutions. The truck had a scratch on the door, so they told me they wouldn't cover the tire damage warranty. I'm disappointed.

I found Ian was very condescending and didn’t like strong women! He initially was very unkind but later after Ii said that I was concerned about the way he was treating me, he got “nicer”. I am a Registered Nurse (RN) & indeed I know what & whom i’m dealing. He was the only Smart Motors Employee with whom I’ve ever had problem!
