I had the prepaid service option, mentioned that to the service technician who registered me upon my arrival and was initially charged for the service. I asked the tech to double check and he discovered his error.

It would be a very good idea to convert the bathrooms in the rapid lube area to all gender since they already only service one person at a time. I had to walk down to the showroom to use the bathroom there because the "mens" was **** and I didn't feel comfortable useing the "women's" even though it was not in use.

Staff super busy with a couple techs that called off today. An hour for tire rotation and inspection is a little excessive. Also had printer issues which could be uncontrollable. I feel Scott did his best with circumstances.

Loved the ease of communication with Mellissa. She was kind and easily approachable. Not ok with the extra charges for “shop material”. We are already paying top dollar for Toyota services.

Melissa was fantastic. She provided the best experience I can recall having had and that’s saying a lot considering how professional and helpful all of the Smart associates have been. She listened thoroughly and even made sure to clarify the troubleshooting and diagnosis with one of the newer technicians. I can’t recommend her enough and look forward to working with her again with any future auto needs!
