I had the prepaid service option, mentioned that to the service technician who registered me upon my arrival and was initially charged for the service. I asked the tech to double check and he discovered his error.

It would be a very good idea to convert the bathrooms in the rapid lube area to all gender since they already only service one person at a time. I had to walk down to the showroom to use the bathroom there because the "mens" was **** and I didn't feel comfortable useing the "women's" even though it was not in use.

Staff super busy with a couple techs that called off today. An hour for tire rotation and inspection is a little excessive. Also had printer issues which could be uncontrollable. I feel Scott did his best with circumstances.

She listened thoroughly and even made sure to clarify the troubleshooting and diagnosis with one of the newer technicians. I can’t recommend her enough and look forward to working with her again with any future auto needs!
