I got a price when I dropped off my car picked my car was higher all I was showed what else need to be done, & my 100 credit card
Very satisfied with Scott. He was very thorough checking the car and with explanations for scheduled maintenance and found a mouse nest in rear compartment( car parked at Northwoods cabin in summer) and cleaned out the space.
I was surprised the technician could not detect squeaky brake noise I hear daily for past six weeks while backing up and applying brakes. Labor was high priced, in my opinion.

Michelle was great answering my questions getting parts ordered and appointment scheduled. Got in quickly, staff at the service department were great. Happy with the service. I apologize I do not remember the gentleman’s name that helped us.

When i manage the appointment I was not expecting to drop my car off for the whole day. Better communication on where the service is being performed either by express or service department is needed. Service itself and staff were good at their jobs.
