Took 30 minutes to check in my vehicle because I was told I could wait in the lobby for a service tech.
Service did not have the wheel lock key to remove lug nuts so they couldn't complete my tire rotation. Now I have to go back a 2nd time. Took 2 hours to do a multi-point inspection and update software. Really frustrating and a waste of my valuable time.
Happy that the issue was fixed and I had text updates. The part and service was covered as it should be considering it was manufacturing defect/issue. Happy that it was recognized as that and I was given no push back on cost. It was inconvenient to have car in shop for a few days without a means of a rental for an issue that was not my fault. I am a home health nurse and a car is a necessity, so I had to get a rental car on my own which is out of pocket expenses. Other than that, happy with overall experience.

There hasn’t been a time when I’ve needed service for my Scion at Zimbric that I haven’t been fully satisfied. The technicians are great, knowledgeable, explain everything to be sure I understand and never suggest something I don’t need to do to my car. My Scion turn over to 100,000 miles this year and throughout its journey there, Zimbrick has been its only service place. Here’s to another 100,000 miles! They’re the best!
Didn't resolve the initial issue after having my truck all week.
2 hours after I picked up my truck I was in a tow truck bringing it back. Not how I wanted to spend my Holiday weekend. Not mad just disappointed. Thanks for taking care of me.
