I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car. Paul and the team diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. Paul kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. While it was an expensive visit, I wasn’t surprised and my car isn’t making the noise anymore!
David did not communicate with me about my vehicle. As a result, I have to make another trip next week to install an air filter that was marked as urgent by the technician. David was not at all aware of technician’s recommendations and report.
The technician’s report and video, on the other hand, was great.
Ian was great, very responsive and helpful.
Mallory was very good but I thought charging $253 to see why earnings signs were lit was excessive and I don’t understand why as I was told i would need a new battery on such a low mileage car that is driven enough to charge the battery. None of that is Mallory‘s fault, but it discouraged me from returning.

Jesse was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, accommodating, helped with brainstorming and helping us reduce costs. He provided regular status updates and in general provided excellent customer service which greatly exceeded expectations!!!
Service was good. Parts and labor cost is high. Parts were about 30% above online direct suppliers Labor at $200 / hr is about the same compared to independents. $100 to install a front license plate holder is pretty much of a "no thank you" bid. Especially after spending $1300 to get the rear liftgate struts installed.
It did take way too long for my car to be completed on my last appointment. I dropped it off at 8:30am, and it was not ready until after 6pm.
David was quick, efficient, and knew what my problem could've been from the start. Great at his job.

Mallory did not relay to the technicians what I conveyed to her. The technicians were therefore looking for a defect that did not exist. They drove the car again and again but of course did not find the phantom defect. You would think that at this point I would have had the opportunity to speak to the technicians directly, but I didn’t. The technicians therefore, in an attempt to belittle me, said that my car’s problem stemmed from me hanging my old face masks onto the gear shift.
Staff friendly. Job done quickly. He made my receipt organized for future maintenance.
