Customer service at Smart motors was great as usual. When I called for apt, the only recommended service was coolant flushed. Though when I showed up for apt, it was pointed out that I needed a brake flush and transmission flush, which I couldn’t do due to time constraints so I had to schedule a 2nd set or apt. The big issue is when I arrived home, I went to open the driver’s side sliding door and it wouldn’t open. I had to flip it to manual mode and close it. Tried 3 more times without a change. It worked just fine before I went in for my apt. Confused on how the door worked and now it doesn’t. Which means I’m going to have to take more time to bring the vehicle in.
Matt provided great car service and customer service. He communicated clearly and often. Very satisfied with my experience!

Angel was great. However, Paul, on the phone the previous day, did not remove the tire rotation as I asked and told me I was set up for a main bay. As a result, I went to the wrong place and almost received a service I specifically said I no longer needed.
I came in with a light on in the dash that shows low air pressure. It has been on for months. I was told it was fixed and would be off in 20 minutes. It has not gone off.
Appointment time at 10:45 at 4:00 hadn’t looked at car. We had to drive back next day to get it. 120 miles round trip. Greg told us they were working our car in.WHY we had appointment.
The whole thing was mysterious and tricky. Paul resolved it as a professional.
