I was impressed with Gregorio's professionalism. Even when I was a bit disappointed with all the possible diagnostic charges he stayed calm and explained the necessity of the charges. He also did an excellent job on updating me on the repair process. You're fortunate to have this fine gentlemen working in your service department.

Matt was phenomenal. He took the time to explain why filters were being recommended, the benefits, and cost. Matt also pointed out that at our next service visit we should expect new breaks and rotors. He was kind enough to estimate the cost; more than simple, routine maintenance. Matt was very patient and very professional. A great experience. I could not believe how quickly the team was able to service our Highlander; I was in an out in no time!

Was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sean showed me the condition of two filters that showed wear and gave me the option to replace them, which I did. Appreciate the attention to components on the checklist.
