I had a great first visit / experience.
My service was explained prior to the work being done. I was kept informed of the progress. It was timely. I arrived a bit early and they took me in. The work was completed about 10 minutes after my appointment was originally supposed to start.

Thankful for staff listening to my needs.
Some of the staff were a little condescending. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, but as a first time customer, staff made me feel like I was dumb. I didn’t know if I had to go to service lane or express lane. The service people started by critiquing how I pulled into the garage. Then they said I was in the wrong place so I went to the express lane. The guy didn’t mention to not pull into to garage, so everyone started yelling at me. As a first time customer, I wish they asked if I had used them before or were a little less judgy. All I was told was to leave the keys in the car and the guy walked away. Was I supposed to pull up? Stay? Some instruction could’ve saved a lot of embarrassment.
