Service has always been great but this time the quote vs billing was confusing and unclear. Unnecessary repairs were recommended and a tire rotation and 1 tps sensor took 4 + hours.
This area of the service dept has really stepped up their game. Friendly, kept me informed and very quick service time.
She’s amazing, super approachable and always smiling. I trust her to always try to help me in any way to the best of her abilities.
The service was completed quickly and professionally. The staff is great and very friendly. I travel from quite a distance away and was early for my appointment but they got me in right away anyway so I was back on the road before I expected it. Very happy with everytjong.

There was an engine maintenance alert on in which I mentioned and they told me they would scan and let me know what it was , they didn't. When I brought it back up I was dismissed not once not twice but three times and basically told to just schedule an apt. The workers including the girl that checked me in and guaranteed they'd check it out all stood in front of me talking (cursing even). No one really seemed to care , never have experienced it at Toyota and it was an awful experience tbh.z
I am not satisfied with the work done on my car. I had to have it toad yesterday after smoke started coming out while coming home from church. My car is on your lot ATM, please call me ASAP. Thank you.
