The car wash was not working. It's 60 miles for me one way. I was disappointed and probably won't drive back for a car wash.
My advisor was very helpful.
My car repeatedly gives me a notice on my dashboard that my oil change was due. So I called and scheduled appointment no problem. When I arrived, they told me that in fact, my oil change wasn’t due, but that it was the computer just on the wrong “schedule“ Why wouldn’t the service department that scheduled me? Tell me my oil change was in fact, not due? I got the oil changed early because I didn’t wanna come back out. But there’s a huge disconnect with reminders.

Service has always been great but this time the quote vs billing was confusing and unclear. Unnecessary repairs were recommended and a tire rotation and 1 tps sensor took 4 + hours.
