I have experienced this issue before where every time I set an appointment, they forget to service my car in a timely manner. The last time, I had to wait almost three hours. During my most recent appointment, I complained after an hour of waiting because I noticed they hadn't even started on my car yet. I am thankful to Eric Muma, who stepped up and expedited my maintenance check.

I was very disappointed in the service I received by Ian Spencer today. I felt like a ****. After being greeted by somebody very friendly we spent ten minutes waiting on the drive. No issue. Ian came out and his first words were "Do you guys have an appointment". No greeting, no introduction, nothing. The whole check in process we were treated as if we were a ****, wasting his time. My son (a technician at a great dealer in town) had a concern about my tires. Ian was incredibly dismissive and condescending. My son had to ask him three times to look at it. Ian made it very clear that simply bending over to look at a tire was a waste of his time. Same reaction when he was asked to add a line on the repair order so a technician could look at them. It seemed like Ian was trying to use as few words as possible to check us in. This is my second and last free service with Smart. The first one I was treated very well. My advisor was super friendly, attentive, made it clear it was a free service and overall was a positive experience. My experience today was the polar opposite. Even the advisor that checked us out today was pleasant. I have never been treated like this at a dealership. Needless to say I will only be returning to your service department for warranty work. Also no car wash is ridiculous honestly. I understand it is a free service but shouldn't new car customers be treated well so that they want to return for their next car or even basic services?

The car wash was not working. It's 60 miles for me one way. I was disappointed and probably won't drive back for a car wash.
