The person who attended me was extremely unprofessional from the moment that I showed up to my appointment. He didn’t put any effort into finding out when my last oil change was, because If he did he would have told me that the service was not necessary. They did a tire rotation which was not necessary, because according to him “ I didn’t answer my phone” after receiving the phone call I called back immediately and left a voicemail expressing that I DID NOT want a tire rotation. As a customer of 35 years this interaction was extremely unpleasant.
Mellissa kept me up-to-date with the status of the repair which was much appreciated
