A fee of $13.15 was added to the cost of my oil change for shop supplies. I feel that this fee should be included in the price and not added to the agreed upon price

I have a service plan in effect yet it couldn't clbe found and she had my date of purchase and mileage wrong so wouldn't provide the service necessary. I called to talk to a service manager but none were available and I have not received a callback
The car was returned to me with the tire pressure sensor monitor light on. This was not on before service.
I returned and he checked the tire pressure, said they have a bad gauge and thought it should turn off.
It had not, so now I have to make time for additional service to address a new TPMS issue.
Vincent was very helpful, well informed and nice to work with.
Khon was very considerate. I had my 3 1/2 month old son with me. I needed a paint stick from the parts department and he did all of the running for me during my car’s service appointment so I was ready to go right when my car was done.

my Toyota Cross experienced a fair amount of minor Hill damage on the 14th. Is this something Smart motor takes care of or should I go to a body shop?
Khon was so efficient and answered all of my questions! I was very happy as a first time customer to this location. Ever saw a Skyline which was a fever dream! I feel much more confident now that I know what to look out for, my options and most of all with the quality that was awesome.
