Roger was easy to work with and constantly communicated the process from communicating with the fleet company, to the actial.repairs and everything went relatively fast.
TJ told me I had two weeks to have the vehicle hauled away, then the very next week, he called and left me a message that I was going to have to be charged for the vehicle staying on the lot if it didn’t get hauled away right away. Another employee also threatened to charge me to have the vehicle hauled away. I was able to have it hauled away within 3 days of their threats. I have bought multiple cars from this Smart Toyota dealership over many many years, probably over at least the past 20 years, and I was very sad to be treated with such disrespect. I do want to say that the service representative that I talked to when I dropped my title off was very kind and accommodating. She was efficient and polite, but TJ and the other person that left me a message were very very disrespectful, and to tell me, I had two weeks to have the car removed and then to threaten me at the beginning of the first week was just not OK.
How is brake fluid flush not covered by the expensive service warranty i paid for?
We received texts informingservice was complete yet it still took quite a while to get the transaction completed. Wondering why it takes so long to get paperwork completed for payment? Our car was pulled out and around front in parking lot even. In the past it was outside the back. Not really complaining just wondering why it took so long and if you could look at the process to possibly speed it up a bit. Other than that, the service is great, mechanics are always pleasant and we feel very honest in their reports of car maintenance needs. Your car care service is tops. Thank you

Paul was fine to work with, no complaints on his end. He was prompt and had great communication while my vehicle was in. The overall coordination of your locations services and scheduling department could be significantly improved, however.
Jesse was so helpful and communicative during my service experience. I couldn't be more grateful.
Nothing against Jose but I came in for tire rotation & was told they would not do the rotation because my tires were 6 years old. However the car only has 14,000 some miles on it & Jose said the treads were still good. I was given an estimate for new tires & he wanted me to make an appointment for new tires which I was not going to do. I would like to know why you have this policy to reject a service request a customer is asking you to perform. The car is no longer under warranty so I would have had to pay to have the tires rotated. Like I said this does not reflect on Jose but rather the way Smart does business. Phyllis Fass
