I was not informed about delays. Apparently there was an unusually heavy workload. I opted out of the recommended brake fluid flush as I needed to make an appointment. I am usually very satisfied with my service experience
David was super friendly, thorough, and explained things to me well. He made sure I had my rental car through to the next day in case parts needed to be ordered for my vehicle getting serviced. I didn't end up needing to keep the rental vehicle overnight, but the attention to detail and thoughtfulness went a long way. The woman at the rental counter was a pleasure to work with as well. Thank you also for the complimentary car wash. I truly had a wonderful experience. ????

Unrelated - whatever chatbot/text service/scheduling assistant you used to initially reach out had the wrong info about how long the updates would take. It told me it would be like an hour and I could wait.
The hybrid technicians were able to locate a coolant leak in the inverter and recommended a less expensive solution than the original estimate.

My car radio was replaced but still cuts out. I’m not sure whoever replaced it, tested out what the actual issue is. I’ve been patient through this process and really just want to listen to my music as I was told this would be what solves the issue. It did not.
