They did a good job but still haven't resolved the issue but will be bringing it back in.
Alyssa was excellent...one of the best experiences I've had when getting car repairs! I had a list of issues we needed fixed on our Toyota Sienna and a lot of questions related to pricing and she was super attentive, patient, and very detail oriented. She didn't act rushed or brush off my concerns. She made the experience go very smoothly. I would give her a 10/10 on quality of service!

No one needs to contact me. Toyota had my truck for 7 hours to do one tire pressure sensor. This should take 30 minutes. I was very thankful for the loaner vehicle. But I still wasn’t able to go about my day due to waiting for my truck. Ian was great and helpful. It’s frustrating to drop off my truck for something so basic and it takes the entire day.

We are so glad to have a new battery in our car. My husband was told that the original battery usually lasts only 4 years, and our battery lasted 14 years!
Glove box was tore out of dash and left in passenger side floor. Sticker on window says I don't need another oil change for 6 months or 27,000 miles.....
