Paul was wonderful. He was very thorough and kind. A true professional. I could use a service closer to when I live, but I prefer to drive in to your location due to the excellent customer service. Paul is a perfect example. It’s rare to find a business that has people who always seem to be happy at their jobs.

A lot of confusion on what I wanted to do. Made things pretty awkward at checkout. Also didn’t appreciate that the advertised price for an oil change was $104 and I didn’t know that there would be an 18% fee attached to it at checkout. I haven’t experienced this before at other dealerships. Seemed a bit predatory. All said, I doubt I will be back.
