The service at Smart Toyota was absolutely phenomenal. It was nice to talk to a mechanic and not feel like I was being talked down to. My only complaint is absolutely not with any of the workers, but with the online scheduler. It quotes the price of an express oil change as about $30 cheaper than the actual price. I feel like that puts unnecessary stress not only on the customer but on the mechanics as well for having to deal with confused or frustrated customers.

When a car is done in the Express area, have someone tell you specifically where the car is located. Don't just gesture and say that it's in the lot "down there". Especially on a day like today so I had to walk around in the rain. I had to go back inside and ask where it was. Not happy.
