From what I remember in past car wash was part of the service because car was always picked up clean - however I did not specifically order it this time. Coming from Cross Plains 30 miles away - a free car wash ticket would use too much gas! Thanks anyway! Hanna Franke ****-****-xxxx

I was 2 hour appt. So I arranged for a ride. I received a call about 15 min later trying to upsell some services and was also told my vehicle was nearly finished! I’m glad it was completed so quickly BUT why. Was. I. Told. Two. Hours???

I had scheduled an appt for 9:30, but when I arrived they said my appt was for 9:00. So I had to wait. What should have been a 30 min appt turned into 2 hours. Hopefully everything is fixed right! Last week it ended up with a leak, which meant an extra trip in. My time is also valuable and I certainly don’t like to spend so much time in your waiting room.

After I left I looked at the plastic sticker on the windshield. It said my next visit would be 164,000+ miles or 12/30/25. However, today I brought it in with 169,443 miles. So am wondering what the next mileage should be. 180,000?

This is the 2nd time that the mileage was recorded incorrectly and it messed up the CarFacts for my vehicle. In addition, I noticed that my license plate numberletters are also wrong this time and last time Please try to do better.
