Mallory was very professional and helpful. However, the cost of service mentioned/quoted when I made the appt was $400 less than what was quoted by Mallory. I was shocked. Fortunately, Mallory was able to help get the cost slightly lower.

The bill was wrong and the coupon was not applied. I had to ask about the charges otherwise I would have paid over $100 too much. I love Smart Toyota and have never had a poor experience with service or buy but this was not very good in my opinion.
