My first time using Smarts express program. Easy to make an appointment and work was done quickly. The waiting area appears a bit dated lighting is a cold white I have been to much nicer and cleaner waiting areas. That was my only disappointment. Kim Z

My car was done, it sat in the parking lot 15 minutes before I went up to the counter, Jenna was very busy according to the person behind the counter, she finally came, again indicated she was very busy, she would get paperwork and it would be about 5 minutes, it was about 10-15 minutes. Am I not a paying customer of Smart Motors? I was told my service would take 30 minutes, I was there over an hour.
