Eric came to the lobby and explained everything that was going to be done with the car today. Showed me my filters and said they would be fine until we do the next oil change tire rotation. When the car was finished, Eric again went over everything and asked if I had any questions. Very thorough and very polite.

Melissa was straight up with me but I wasn’t happy with the time it took to complete the work on my vehicle. I brought it in on Thursday and had to leave it over the weekend. Work was complete by 2pm Monday. Apparently a number of technicians called in so they were short staffed. It was definitely an inconvenience. Thanks.

The person who answered my first call to set the appointment was incompetent. I had to call back to schedule.I was expecting to be serviced by the regular team not the quick oil change team. $150 for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous

Sean was very forthcoming with details and allowed me to explain some issues like an access panel being torn off by wear. Helped put on a new wiper blade and let me know that the access panel isn’t necessary for the vehicle to operate and that a busted connection would mean replacing a larger part altogether along the bottom of the vehicle. Very knowledgeable and considerate of my thoughts and requests.

I am beyond grateful for the attention and service Ian Spencer and the Smart Toyota Team gave our RAV4!! Ian always make sure that every detail has been covered so that our car is running great and safely. He communicates frequently and makes sure I have all the updates I need about everything.
