I have bought a car from Smart motors in the past. I have taken many of my Toyotas to have serviced there in the over a lot of years. Your service manager was extremely unprofessional. I will not be using smart Toyota again for any service or vehicle purchase.

Paul noticed I had not had an oil change yet ( I had leg injury after I bought the car in late October’23 couldn’t drive for 6 months) so he took the initiative to do a 10,000 treatment instead and notified me. It was a good move.
