I’m non-binary and historically have always had less than ideal experiences at auto shops and dealerships. This time was different, which was really **** cool. He did great communicating with me throughout the whole process, and when I came back to sign paperwork and pick up my car, he used the right pronouns without me having to correct/inform him. Whether it was intentional or not, I really appreciate it.
