Lon wait. It would have been so much nicer if we had a specific appointment time .Instead, we brought it in at eight. It might be ready by 5 o’clock of course the car was not ready so we had to go back the next day after waiting for a call. Came around 4o’clock. We will not be recommending you service

We had our highlander in, but the paperwork said Prius. We have a Prius. I was delayed about 10 minutes while they sorted it out. It was ok in the end. Just not the usual Smart Toyota detail to paperwork.
