My wheel lock was lost. First service on my new vehicle.
When doing tire rotation the are lots of scratches on new black rims.
It took an hour and 45 minutes for a tire rotation when I had an appointment. I don’t like that I can’t take my car to the quick service anymore.
Oil finger prints all over my truck door, handle and on the inside of the door. Can only imagine how many oil finger prints are all over my steering wheel and door and seat that I can't see
Hi. I was expecting to use my fifth free service with you guys, but ended up having to pay for my oil change. It’s frustrating that I had to use it by January but wasn’t informed of this.
Mellissa was very informative answered all my questions with confidence East all my worries was able to tell me what the possible problem could be without even having the car looked at she was very knowledgeable about the Toyota brand and my car she was able to help me understand some things that were unclear she is A1 10 out of 10
Terrible. Broke my car and didn’t fix it because the couldn’t.
They took a long time to do my services I had my car scheduled for 8:30 and I thought they wouldn't take that long, from that time they gave me my car at 2:40 in the afternoon, and they didn't finish doing everything I asked for, they just changed the oil and rotated my tires, and they didn't renew the oil change stickers either
Very happy with the honesty I received today! The Maintenance on my vehicle is the utmost important to me. I appreciate honesty! I trust Toyota whole heartily.I have faith that Toyota will always be honest with me and never let me down!

Eric was very knowledgeable about my car's maintenance history and explained what was needed not because of mileage but time between maintenance.
Mellissa handled a difficult situation extremely well. I was very unhappy that my car was not completed and had to remain overnight and into the next afternoon but unlike other experiences at Smart Mellissa was responsive to my concerns and worked hard to resolve the issues. My experiences at Smart over 15+years have been so uneven I was planning to buy my next Toyota at another dealer but Mellissa helped restore my faith in your company.
