My car was left running with the lights on, for about 45 mins until I picked it up. The people and service were fine.
After getting the vehicle home, there is now something making a terrible rattling sound that was not there before I took it in.
The only thing they didn’t set my service like back that my car had been serviced so I have to drive back tomorrow meaning Monday to have them set my car back oil change has been done

Every time I bring my car for service the tires are not filled and the miles per hour and whatever you call the total mileage on my car are not showing on my dashboard. Your service is very sub-standard. I expect more from you but never get it. I have come to believe that your mechanics don’t like my bumper stickers and intentionally mess up or don’t do the little things that are required for good service. I can’t think of any other reason why my car is always intentionally messed with and the tires are never filled.

Tyler communicated clearly with me about every aspect of the service on the car. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge. He told me I had scheduled service I did not need! So that was a trust building moment. His demeanor was “I have time for you and your questions and Smart wants to do the right thing by you”. This is the level of service I got used to at Smart from way back in the day. But have only experienced intermittenty in recent years. What has kept me coming back is the multipoint inspection - now I will be requesting Tyler act as my service advisor.
