When I did the appointment online I checked off oil change. All they did was tire rotation. The maintenance light came on so obviously to me it needs an oil change not just a tire rotation. I had my son and my mom drive 1 hour for that.

$120 per oil change is too much! Especially when $13 of it is “miscellaneous charges” that being said, the staff was professional and helpful.

I noticed an issue with car when turning the steering wheel-a knd of rubbing sound. I told service person that when checking car in for service. I was told the fast service side of service dept could not and was not able to identify the issue. That would require a seperate service appt on the other side of the dealership. Your kidding me.
