One tire was losing air. The tech supposedly checked it and said he didn't see anything. When I brought it to costco, they saw a nail right away

The mechanical work seems fine. I should have been reminded of the shop fees that come with service. I was told $140 & it ended up to be $180. You all can do me a favor. I paid for a bulk service promotion about 3 years ago & will have one service remaining going into 2026. If you can extend my paid service package into next year, I’d be grateful. Thanks

Jenna answered a question of mine and was friendly. Thank you for your service. One thing I noticed but may have been a choice made and not a detail overlooked. There isn't soap by the sink by the wonderful treats. Thanks for the treats and comfortable waiting area.

I bought the vehicle used from Smart Toyota a few years ago. Part of the appeal of the sale for me was the guarantee that it was “meticulously maintained” and “had a perfect service history”. I was surprised to learn today that there were a few recommended maintenance items that should have happened 50k+ miles ago, including service that would have been recommended at the time of when I purchased the car. I have had the car serviced by Smart Toyota several times over the years, and very disappointed that today was the first time the recommended service was brought up. And it is especially frustrating that this wasn’t disclosed during the original sales process. From my perspective it feels like the prior service people I had worked with weren’t paying attention to what my vehicle needed. And I feel like my sales experience wasn’t as honest as I had originally thought it was. Overall, this whole thing will influence my future business and recommendations for others to work with Smart Toyota.

We were charged for a service we did not ask for or were told about prior to it happening. When I called the service department and asked about this, I was told that the person I was talking to would talk to a manager and give me a call back, and I have not heard anything.

My experience was alright, just Sean wasn't aware that I only need one oil change per year, and secondly, his communication was extremely unclear when he tried to explain why I should take the oil change deal of 5 services over 2 years. He had a hard time laying out the details, so it just took a while to reach agreement and understanding.
