Whoever serviced my car left a piece unscrewed, which then hit my tire on my hour drive home and along with sounding awful like the tire was falling off, did damage to the piece and possibly to my tire. When I called on Monday morning to have them check it before Work which means driving an hour back to your service center. The person who answered the phone told me they could get me in later that day. I would think you would try to work around my schedule since you did damage to my car. Pretty disappointed since all I came in for was a tire rotation.
Excellent service and very efficient
I was satisfied. The goal of the visit was met. I would like to point out that all of the staff looked like they were being held captive, against their will.
Request wiper replacement as part of my online apt. Discussed with check-in staff about this. He stated we will check the rear too. Got home and discovered the rear is in horrible condition and needed replacement, seems what is discussed before the appointment is not being followed through.
Paul was calm and helpful. It was a straightforward process
Melissa provided exceptional service. I was greeted and informed at appropriate intervals, explanations and costs were thoroughly explained, and I was treated respectfully and congenially as a competent, knowledgeable individual (which sometimes does not occur when “older” women are customers). I am a lawyer and especially mindful of these subtleties. This is why I traded in our Subaru and kept our Toyota after my husband died last year . . .
I would suggest adjusting the online service quote system. I was quoted 155 for an oil change and tire rotation (which already seems pretty expensive) and total came out to 175 which included ~$18 for shop supplies. What is that all about?
Everyone was very personable and efficient. I was impressed.
Eric did a great job, and even listened to me explain that the recommended “dryer sheets” do not deter mice from getting into cabin filters, etc. Nor do things like Irish Spring, other farm supply remedies and so forth. I have engaged with this problem for years with my Toyotas. The only thing that has ever worked is mothballs, and they emit toxic fumes into the car. At least they haven’t chewed on the insulation on the wiring harness yet, and damaged that. Toyota needs to address this. I live in the country, but keep my car in a metal post frame garage all the time. They get in there also.
Didn’t feel respected and service requested was not provided due to incorrect analysis assessment.
Mallory was very kind, helpful, and efficient
When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would take 1.5 hours. When we dropped off the car, we were told 2 hours. It actually took close to 3 hours. I do not believe our car was taken back at 9:00 when our appointment was. The wait was too long for what we needed done.
