The car told us we needed to take the car in for maintenance, but it lied. People just had to turn off the stupid message and it cost us $20 to have nothing done. Great. Then we tried to pay cash and it was a whole thing. Ah well. Small potatoes in the grand scheme of life. Nothing wrong with the service provider we had, but not a great experience to have to schedule the appointment and bring in the car for nothing to be done and then to have to pay $20 for nothing needing doing. Dumb program in the car to have a message that can’t be reset by the end user or that lie to the end user saying the car needs help when it doesn’t need anything.

Everyone was extremely polite and answered all my questions. I had ordered tires, but was unable to make my original appointment. I was told since the date had passed the discount offered in July was not available. I hope this wasn't to big of an inconvenience for Smart Motors.

I was told oil change would be $105 and good for 10k miles.When I went to pay $122 plus and my mileage sticker said next oil change 5k miles hmm. Then I asked about tire price and was told your tires prices are best around.While my car was getting oil change I checked on price I was quoted and there was almost a $400 difference. Maybe your staff has communication issues or you have people just telling customers what they think will sell them on your service. Not impressed I think you are taking advantage of customers who don’t check on your over priced quotes
Quick and easy correction to an aging-materials problem. If it were caught on a test drive, other customers would inevitably complain about techs burning our gas. Some people just like to complain. I’m totally satisfied.
