Took care to help me off site to make sure my disabled vehicle & trailer made it to dealership., got vehicle checked 1-2 days ahead of wait list. Found a used transmission because new one wasn't available. Kept me updated on progress, made sure free use vehicle was taken care of while mine being fixed. Met me personally to release vehicle back to me in completed & running condition. Worked to help me get back on road as I lived in California. High marks for all his service.

After I got my truck back and I went for the free car wash I noticed my hood was not shut all the way. So I got out of my truck in the car wash code machine and I opened the hood and my windshield fluid tank was open and it was splashing all over. I closed my the cap on the windshield tank and after my car wash I went to the guy who checked me out. I told him about my incident, he told me he will tell his manager, because there is a inspector person operating to review if everything was good. He said thank you for letting us know.
Jose was fantastic to work with. He answered so many of my questions prior to knowing if he would even be the one working on my vehicle. The last time I was in the technician made me feel like my questions were a chore. Jose made me feel heard and answered all questions professionally. If I could request him every time I would.

Disappointed that a 2 hr procedure ( and given the vehicle from 0937 until ?). , was called after 2 pm and work not even started. Thankfully, service rep spoke to management, and work completed by 4 pm.

Excellent and quick service as well. As much as the cost can **** (NOT unique to smart Toyota, just the cost of car repairs in general these days) Smart Toyota has also been fast, efficient, and has let me know every step of the process. Jesse took his time with all of my questions amd even Javier, who sold me my car over a year ago, recognized me and took the time to talk and ask how I was doing. Above and beyond any other dealership or car brand I've ever had. 10/10
I like being greeted when I pull the car up for my appointment and being informed when it is being serviced.
The cost of service is expensive, but your staff and work are outstanding and very professional. There is a benefit in seeing the job done right.
