When I asked about the smell in my car would be taken away after the new filters were put in and that air conditioning refreshing was done that the smell would be gone. apparently the smell is not gone according to my sister and her friend. now I'm going to have to do something else. Of course that could be just a ploy to get people to spend more money thinking they're doing it for one thing and they're not getting it. so I don't understand why would the first person tell me that it would be gone with that. now I've got to spend more money to get the smell completely taken out. why didn't you guys do that. there's a couple of other things that I'm not happy with either.

I was very happy with how quickly it was done. And what caring and polite man he was. He made me very comfortable about the care of the car. This was first time for taking care of my own car. My husband recently passed and he always took care of our vehicles. Thank you very much!

Just FYI...I did fill out this same survey form on my form, but I am not confident that it actually was "submitted" successfully. So, I am anxious for my compliments to Jesse to be seen by management. Although this review may not be worded exactly like the previous one, I feel that Jesse is an outstanding representative of your dealership. He is personable, knowledgeable, and committed to understanding what issue(s) are concerning to the customer. Jesse is also a very effective communicator.

Had 8:45 appt. No work done all day. Gave up use of car all day which was inconvenient. Given all the effort to manage the service process it seems ineffective to give up my car from 8:45 am to 5pm for very routine work in the first place, then to be told nothing would be done and they would keep the car overnight reveals two problems. 1) why take all day with pre-scheduled appointment? 2) if you have a delay, tell me so I can get the car and get a new time.
