Brought my car in to have the muffler repaired. When I picked up my car the engine light was on and a code (CSV) was on the dashboard. The car engine light was not on when I dropped off my car at Smart Motors. I was advised I need additional repairs for $500+ to repair a problem I didn’t have before the service department worked on the exhaust/muffler. I could not get a satisfactory explanation on what happened to my car that caused the engine light to come on. A customer for 25 years not happy.
Paul was very nice - efficient and thorough too. I had a question about my brakes and he explained the situation clearly- I learned some things!!

This is second time I’ve made appointment to have headlights looked at , and second time they didn’t have time. After I called and made sure I needed them looked at when I made appointment. Also told them left rear tire I had to add air twice to it. When I picked car up was told no one looked at tire. Not impressed with service at all
