Nobody came to talk to me while I was in the waiting area. I went to the desk 5-10 minutes after receiving a text that my car was ready and was told I need to wait for someone to go over the inspection cause they might not be done with it yet, despite my car sitting on the other side of the garage door. Sat down another 10 minutes, car sitting in the same place, talked to someone else who found my paperwork and got me out of there. Not sure if my car got done right at the end of someones shift but the lack of communication and having to spend over an hour there for an oil change when my car was finished 30 minutes prior is annoying. Had already worked 10 hours prior to my appointment and don’t care to have what little free time I have, in the waiting room watching everyone filter out, even people who came in after me. I’ve put over 180k miles on that car since purchasing it from Smart and I’ve only had it there for service twice. There won’t be a third time.

The vehicle vibrated driving it away and when I came right back it was completely dismissed as ‘a little water in there. Drive it around and it will be alright.’ Well it wasn’t so I had to bring it in for service the following week and it turns out they overfilled the engine with oil.
