Mellissa did a good job of pointing out additional service work we should perform on our vehicle based on the age and mileage. She scheduled the service for us at a convenient date. The work we had performed on the initial visit was done well and in a reasonable amount of time.

My experience on August 14th, with someone other than Gregorio was unacceptable, hence why I had to return on the 4th of September. Gregorio made a world of difference! Met me at the service bay at 7:00 am, kept me posted if I had concerns and called when the recalls on my Tacoma was completed… you are lucky to have Gregorio on your team!
