Greg was very helpful and courteous. I initially sought assistance with a check engine and maintenance light which after a diagnostic test quickly escalated to unexpected items. Greg and I worked through details around warranty items and recalls that helped to save me a lot in the end. Greg was very helpful throughout.

I was told my appointment would take 60-90 minutes and I ended up waiting 4 hours for my car to be ready. I understand there was an issue, but it would be better to communicate that it will take longer so I could have gone to work. Really disappointed with the communication. They kept telling me it would be 15-20 minutes, and 45 min to an hour would go by with no updates and I would have to ask for an update.

Greg was wonderful to me when I had been there for an hour and was then told that the parts weren’t actually there yet, and so they couldn’t fix my car. He as apologetic and understanding of my frustration! He then called later that day saying how bad they felt about it and were sending me a gas card, which was very appreciated! He is a wonderful asset to smart Toyota!!!
